Email Tuning Customers - Please Read

Due to the increased amount of work at our new facility, TCM sales, travel tuning, providing tuning solutions/support for Sprintex USA and other related demands on my time I will be taking the next two months off from email tuning (May and June). I am currently at least two weeks behind in email tuning responses and this is not fair to current customers who have paid for my services. Rather than continuing to accept payments for tuning I am opting to take an “official” break. If you have paid for a tune via paypal and I have not responded to you as of today your payment will be refunded.

Current customers waiting for responses please be patient, I will respond and I apologize for the delays.

I am sorry for the inconvenience to all those affected by this situation. This decision is the only way I know to remedy the current backlog.
