If I can find decent street tires in 19" I'm getting new rears to match the ones I got for the Mile. Like the added rubber.

Chuck are those CCW rims ? Are they polished aluminum or are they chrome plated ? Beautiful rims!

Yep, they are CCW 551s in 19" with 20's on the front got the 20's figuring I would get a pair of 20s for the rear, but I like the 19 so much better that I might try to find some street tires for them and get another set. These were for the big ass Hoosier R7's for the mile.

So 20s would be the perfect fit? And what ablut 20x9 front and 20x10.5 rear...would that fir nicely?

Thats actually the perfect combo, just be very careful what you buy, make sure back spacing is right or you may have rubbing issues.

Been so long since I dealt with buying wheels I don't remember back spacing spec, sorry.

120X5 will not work, you need 115x5 bolt circle.

I went to putting 19's on several years ago because there wasn't any decent performance tires out there for a 20. These are Perelli P zero 345's. I've built a couple of these set up and had John at CCW custom make the wheels for them.

Well guess this one shows the tire better.

Love that look. Any pictures from the back or side profile? Do they stick out much?

Same setup John did for my car. It is tight as hell, but works. Had to roll the fenders and tighter the coilovers up. Best to use the adjustable sway bar links, but I don't remember if we ended up cutting mine or not. Seems like they were OK. My inner liners were shot anyway so cutting them a bit didn't hurt anything.

The ones for the street will be 10.5 instead of 11.

I wanted to do that on my 2010 soooo bad , bad to the bone ! Doesn't this require moding the lower control arms or something along that line Cam ?

Holy shit Carlos, wtf happened? You ok?

Oh it's a ton of work K. Yes I build new lower control arms, then replace the shocks and springs with a double adjustable coil over that mounts where the stock spring goes. Then carve away about a third of the sheet metal upfront. I make 1/8" thick filler plates for the internal frame and new filler panels for the body. The bracing for the shock comes out too. It also gets a new filler neck for the fuel plus my adjustable end links to tuck the sway bar into the rim. The rim design requires a 4-3/4" front set and 8.5" back set. The fender lip requires a mild roll as well. All the new metal work gets seem sealed and everything is then under coated. I still use the Wel liner, but do a fair amount of rework to it.

Another words, it's a shit load of work. But it's so fucking cool. :)

Btw I built that one in 09/10. It gets beat on like you just can't imagine as the owner ain't shy about nothing. In 14 she came home for a couple upgrades and I tore it down to inspect everything to make sure all was good and well. There wasn't any evidence of fatigue to be found anywhere. That was cool and a major relief.

I did a thread on LXF that shows everything. I'll look it up the next time I'm on a real puter and send it to you.
