Angbody Running 6.4 Bg Or Apachies On A 5.7???

somebody said they have apachies on his 5.7 no notching the cylinders. hes .010 over and said would clear stock bore.

possible?? i always seen everyone say no. so wth letz ask and see wos done it.

I haven't done it but was thinking of doing it. Notch the block or talk to Craig @ThiTek. He told me he could do something with the valves but I don't want to quote what he said as I don't remember exactly.

For my education, I'm trying to learn. What would be the consideration for running these heads on a 5.7? Is this a consideration for a NA 410 stroker or high boost application? I'm assuming this would be for something more radical than a stock bottom with a big cam, more geared toward the drag strip than street/strip (WOT life)

They clearly state not for 5.7 motors. 392 and up. I have them on my cammed 392 and sorry I did it. Although I got them for a steal, I'm not getting the proper use out of them. I'll be honest, stock Apaches flow freaking well out of the box.

Then I'd use 'em. Very strong and dissipate heat well. Perfect for big boost applications. Check out MM web site on them. Good info.
