My New Ride (they Don't Build Like This Anymore...)

I've always been a sucker for the styles of the 50's and 60's, but never thought I'd be lucky enough to own one (in this great of shape). It's currently stored away, but will soon be parked safely in my garage. So now when I just wanna cruise around with the family on a nice day/night, I'll be taking this out on the town... 1961 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 Special

Holy crap, that is nice! You will need a ship's captain license to pilot that thing around. It is huge !

Yeah, it's only got 21,000 on it. I'm thinking it's the size of my truck, but bigger lol!

Nice ! The only car I wish I kept was my 61 convertible

I bet, those are pretty nice too.

Badass! Flatblack and a set of bags :) Nice ride...

Thanks!

Wow that is clean...and huge. Where are you going to flag her? I hear the cruise lines get good rates in Liberia and Panama nowadays. lol

Here in Texas the road are still designed for full size vehicles so I should have no problem, plus it's got power steering (thank goodness!)

Not my cup of tea but sure looks to be in great shape! Congrats!

Well it's not for everyone, but it does have a 390 under the hood and only weighs as much as my challenger, haha

My Grandfather had a 60 Caddy when he died. I would love to have one but they are getting out of reach. I know where there is a 60 convert that a friend of mine owns but he won't sell it. One day when I hit the lottery....

Wow, that's one clean Caddy!!! Would you consider selling it? If so what would you take for it? Thanks and have a safe holiday!!!

Thanks!!! Sorry but no selling this one. If I ever do let it go it'll be donated to a museum as this was handed down from a very important person in American history.

I'd rather not say, I was just stating it's original owners importance as why I would hand it over to a museum.
