Radio Issues???

Just recently my radio has been just shutting down and coming back up on it's own. Almost like it's been loosing connection. Anyone else have this issue? It seems it started after I had the battery disconnected while remove the R/T exhaust and installing SRT shorties. Can't imagine that anything I did then could be the cause but that's when it started.
