Most of the work so far has been performed by my 6 & 8 year old boys.

I'm still trying to figure out how to load pics as they are apparently to large.

We had been posting this build over a CT, however after a conversation with Speedy he help me to see the light and here we are.

Hope you all enjoy the build and feel free to comment any help is appreciated and we love the ideas.

Speedy thanks again for the info.

Cam

I wasn't aware of a more aggressive VVT cam and yes we're planning on juicing it to the gills unless we decide to go FI.

Buckeye

Probably a little less than stock at this point due to the slight dish in the pistons. I suspect we will make some changes to bring it back up once we start assembly.

Hemi31

Please enlighten me on what we should do without.

Welcome. Don't sweat Erik's blunt and to the point post. He knows his junk and WILL save you money if you heed his advice.

Look forward to some pics, but, as they say, supercharge and be done lol

Speedy

Thanks. No worries I'm not sweating the post, I'm the same way. I am however eagerly awaiting his elaboration.

PS Supercharging has recently become an option for us. We were thinking procharger.

Lose the tie bars and collars you will not need them, lose the aftermarket mds plugs as wsll. The factory stuff does the job just fine and they are cheap. Porting the plastic intake imo is a waste as well. I will make you spend more money however onot a Trinity. The intune is more of a headache and will not have the logging capabilities you will need with either boost or nitrous. .080 wall pushrods will be plenty good and are considerably less money.

Hemi

I'm planning to turn a few extra RPMs so I'll keep the tie bars and collars for insurance.

The factory MDS plugs broke on the way out, so billet they will be.

The intake was matched to the throttle body.

I absolutely agree on the trinity as I hadn't planned on this kind of build when we started ( rabbit hole ).

We managed to get the pushrods for free. ( I'll take em! )

Buckeye

I wasn't aware the pistons would cause a drop in compression until they were in hand. They are slightly dished versus the slightly domed stock pistons At the moment we're in the process of either remedying this or going FI.

PS Keep the comments coming. We appreciate the help.
