Agp Issues Can Anyone Help?

Hey guys, i am at my wits end and was wondering if someone can help me out?
In August 2015 i discussed with Jason at AGP about a twin turbo set up for my challenger, after a few phone conversations about time frame ( was told 3 weeks ), quality, it sounded good and he knew what he was talking about so we both agreed to get it done, i sent him full payment of $13,000 USD August 20th 2015 because our dollar up here was going to shit.
Well here we are a few weeks short of a year and still not one positive thing to report, i was told in december it would ship, was told in march it was close to shipping, hell even last week he said it would ship.
He does not answer his phone anymore and his text or facebook messages are vague, like pulling teeth to get answer out of him, i was told it would ship this week and surprise, its thursday and no response or invoice emailed........
If anyone lives in the reidsville, NC area and would like to check on this stuff for me, i will gladly pay your fuel, meals and time for anyone to help me resolve this without going through the legal process, i just wanna race with my family and move on either way!

I live in NC but couldn't be any further away and still be in NC. try to find someone in Martinsville or Danville VA, or Greensboro or Winston Salem NC. it would be almost 4 hours each way for me. sorry i couldn't help.

That really sucks. That could easily be anyone of us. I very seriously considered buying a kit from them before I built the big n20 motor. Sorry to hear this bud. Hopefully he will chime in here and get a solution in the works.

That does suck and unfortunately not something we've not heard before and from several shops. I hope those guys aren't falling apart. I would have been leery of anyone that promised 3 weeks on anything to do with these cars. It takes more than three weeks to get anything for a Mopar.

Ok , i have never paid anything in advance, was never asked to pay in advance. i could see some dollars up front for a custom build , but all of it, never. when folks ask for the whole amount up front you got to ask yourself ... why. good luck sorry i couldn't help.

For those curious, the turbo kit mentioned in this thread is now on the car and running.. it did take a while to get to him, almost a year.. true I did make a mess out of the business side of things but I'm really curious as to who this Nasty Nash is ? , he seems to think he knows who and what goes on around here... my question is what is the hold up ?? What's stopped you from coming by to collect ??
