Easy Street Speed And Ost To Offer On The Dyno Tuning.

I was speaking with Brandon from Easy Street about possibly trying to squeeze in some dyno based modifications to tunes at CF4 on Friday only. The dyno will still be running on Saturday for dyno pulls.

So here's what we are thinking:

- Straight dyno pulls with or without wideband readings will be as posted in the original Easy street thread.

- If anyone would like tuning tweaks on the dyno you can contact either me or Easy Street to schedule the tuning which will be an additional $150 and include additional tuning pulls (not sure of the limit yet but Brandon was willing to be very flexible depending on the number of folks wishing to use the dyno for pulls only). $100 will be for the tuning and $50 for the additional pulls and time (with your car on the dyno) required to examine logs, modify tunes and load tunes into your car.

So for example:

- If you just want to make dyno pulls without tuning the price will be the same as posted in the original Easy Street Dyno thread.

- If you wish to have tuning modifications and you have a wideband in your car already, you would pay the $75 dyno fee plus the $150 tuning and additional dyno use fee for a total of $225.

-If you wish to have tuning modifications and you do not have a wideband in your car your cost will be $100 dyno fee plus the $150 tuning and additional dyno use fee for a total of $250.

Note: Please be aware that these will not be what is considered a "complete" dyno tune. Since time will be very limited I will be making modifications to WOT fueling and timing only. A complete dyno tune takes significantly longer than we will have time for in this situation

If anyone is interested please post up and I will coordinate the arrangements with Easy Street.

This is a Friday only option. I will be occupied all day Saturday with folks who have prepaid for track tuning.

Have a great day!

Mike

That is a possibility. However, I do have a forum member that is talking about stopping here Wednesday for a dyno tune. I should have an answer in the next day or so.

Sounds like a great combination and with track time the next day to see the results, can't see how it could get better.

Then get your name on the list :)

That's a damn good price for a dyno tune. I may do this.

Joe

Do it then! I think it's really cool that Easy Street is hauling their mobile dyno to the event. Hauling, setup, strapping and unstrapping cars all day and all the supporting work is no small task!

Awesome stuff to have at an event.

That's because it's going to be an awesome event! :)

Hey Mike if I'm going to be doing the remote tune with you soon should I consider signing up for this also? My car is basically stock so I dont know if I would benefit from it. I had planned on signing up for the dyno just to see where my car was after doing the remote tune with you.

For a completely or relatively stock car, looking for a quick performance gain only this is probably the better route to go. I consider my remote and in house tuning customers to be in an ongoing relationship in which I provide minor tuning updates, performance and troubleshooting advice. This is why my remote and in-house dyno tunes are priced as they are.

With this particular situation (and pricing) it will be more like a "one night stand" :) - so if you plan on remaining stock for awhile or have a modified car and only want some quick tuning tweaks this offer is the best route to go.

Thanks Mike for the quick reply. Sign me up then, since I plan on staying stock for awhile longer!! :D By the way this is a great deal you and Easy street speed are doing!!!

Hello. I have a Trinity, and I plan to have my fastman TB and Arrington CAI installed before CF4 (only mods). If it is possible to get a tune, I'd like to. Please let me know what I need to do. It's a 2011 392 and I do not have a wideband O2 sensor (that I know of).

Thanks!

A few people have told me how grateful they are that Mike was able to tune their cars at CF4, above and beyond the prepaid list we took down in this thread. Also, that they either forgot to pay, or weren't sure how to get payment to him.

You can PayPal him the money at [email protected]

If you're not sure how much you owe, or whether he tuned your car, feel free to ask him. Anyway, I just wanted to help you guys out who were confused as to how best to compensate Mike for his services.
