UPDATE 4/22/2015

Thanks to the GENEROUS contributions by several forum member and vendors we raised OVER $12,000 for Racing4Vets at ChallengerFest 6!!! That's an event record! Thanks to all who helped make this a possibility.

ChallengerFest will be supporting Racing4Vets again for 2015. If anyone has items they'd like to donate toward the charity auction we'd love to have them. Vendors, if you have items you would like to donate please let me know and I can post up the information in this thread.

I've spoken with Racing4Vets and they plan to attend CF6 again this year and I look forward to seeing them again. They're very excited to be a part of the event again for 2015.

The Racing4Vets guys are sending some folks down for CF6 and need 3 rooms. I've worked with the hotel to get them a special "charity" rate, but wondered if anyone was interested in helping sponsor a room for them. If so please contact me and we'll work out the details.

Guys/Gals, at CF 5 my wife did a quilt for the auction at the last minute, it sold for $200 and she and I were amazed.

This year with plenty of time, she has made the most amazing Mopar themed quilt. Almost 60 hours and several hundreds of dollars of materials you will see the results attached.

Because of the hard work involved by my bride it will be in the auction next ChallengerFest.

It is almost 5 feet by 3 1/2 feet and is made to be a wall hanging.

I gotta admit that I am trying hard to decide what to put up. I may try to look at something I can get wholesale like shop lighting.

In all honesty, some folks put up some nice stuff last year, and I thought that many bidders looked at it as bargain time rather than a charity auction. If I had it to do over, I would just donate the cost of the items I put up to R4V. Sorry if that's harsh but raising money for them is the point.

Cool. I got a rf truck from a member on another forum and will race you for donations. Mine is very old but willing to race you at cf6 for exhibition and donations , as high heels are no match for the mojo truck... Yup, heels won't matter..
