Cf3 Track Photographer

The track photographer from Beech Bend will be at CF3 to take pictures. I have bought several of his pictures and he does a nice job. After the event you will go to his website and pick out the pictures you may want to buy. I know Lisa will be taking pictures also, but this will free her up to enjoy the event also. Here are some examples of his work. http://www.indieimagescustomphotos.com/#!__page-0

He does do good work. He makes your car look half fast *ninja*:Dlol

It will be very nice to have a pro there for sure. Everyone can just go out and have fun and not worry about taking pics all day long.

Wonder if we could figure out a way to set up a group shot of all the attendees from a high spot? Maybe line up every down both lanes of the drag strip! Dave, any ideas of ways to stage an artistic shot of all the cars at the track?

I'm not all that big on pic's since I don't need to see my ugly mug more than I already do, but here's a shot from the 2009 All Texas LX gathering for reference...

Ok, question still applies to car group shot only. FYI I think my shots of the individual's with their cars and identified by their forum names, not real names, was fairly popular as now people could identify with those they see post all the time.

Yep that took a lot of time last year and you did a nice job doing it. You should start a thread here with CF pictures, I still have the link to your pics from last year but most probably do not.

Great idea. There are several folks who took great shots last year as well. I may do the same on CT for promotional purposes.

there was a grandstand at the circle track end of the parking lot. you can go to the top row of the bleacher and set up the camera from there. all that is left is getting everyone set up in the parking lot and using a wide angle lens to get everyone in the pic.

I'm so glad you posted this Williams, I've been wondering who the photographer was from CF2 to see if he got any photos of my car that I could get. I didn't realize he was there till after we all got back to the hotel.

Not sure if he still has them from that long ago, but you can try. He said he found out at the last minute we were there last year. Jimbob <[email protected]>
