Everything has to be reworked and Moved. Doesn't work with the stock setup very well. A/C Has to be removed and Radiator has to be cut just about in half. Alot of thought put into the design but definitely not for a street car.

"Rollbar" here under Alex's screen name.. the biggest benefit to front mounting the turbos is that you can physically fit a larger turbo in the bumper than you can down beside the tranny.... the problem however is routing the hot exhaust needed to spool the turbos from the manifold to and from the turbos in the front of the car.. you can run them under the crossmember as we do on the jeep setups but that wouldnt leave you very much ground clearance on the challenger.. or you can snake the exhaust in and around everything between on the way to the front but theres alot of stuff that wouldnt appreciate the extra heat.. as for the "itty bitty " pipes they are exactly the same as the discharge on the "E" cover turbo were using.. as for ground clearance we may have givin up 1/2 of an inch as compared to the rear most x member in the front k member..

Those little bitty pipes are 2" are the same output as the housing on the turbos. We are running 6266's on this build and we maintain the 2" piping to keep the velocity up to the intercooler then let the intercooler be our Transition to the 3.5" Piping to the Throttle Body. This is a custom twin tank intercooler done especially for this customer. He wanted the Twin Piping to the throttle body. Most kits will come with seperate charge tanks but, a single tank cap and outlet. Front mount Turbo's can be done. Those builds would be for the little more race oriented.

We just began work on the turbo's at the beginning of the week and Plan to have it completed in the next couple of weeks. Also there is alot of cosmetic work going into this Street and Show car so actually finishing the project we are looking at about another month. Looking to get about 800rwhp on pump gas.

I would like to know more about this issue. They run the same Timing Setup 5.7 and 6.4. Both auto and Manual. I do notice they did change the part number on the 6.4L tensioner and Now the 5.7 has the same Part number as well. Maybe Mopar knew about the issue??????.

These are pretty damn expensive. Limited edition you know.

Just released. Strongest tensioner on the market!
