Challenger Fest Sign Up?

Hello all, my wife and i stumbled upon this event, and we are planning on attending. We are both new to the mopar world, but we have jumped in with both feet with a 2015 Hellcat. LOVE this car! I have a few questions.

1. Are we too late to register for the race and or car show? I noticed that there is TNT between rounds. Can we just do this? My wife drove ours to a 6.87 @103 with a 1.55 60 ft with drag radials only. I am thinking that the fastest has been a 7.01? I would like to see what ours can do in the 1/4.

2. Can we still register for the show? We noticed that pre payment was already closed.

Sign up as a driver and you can do all the TnT you want. There is TnT throughout the day.

The event is open to every one. We even let stinky Canadians come.

Are you sure about your hotel. I didn't think there was a Marriott next door. Check the address of the host hotel. I know there's a hilton

There is a Courtyard Marriott across the street. I stayed there in 2013 because I had about 800,000 Marriott points.

Glad you're going to make it. Maybe I can talk you in to giving me a ride in the Hellcat. We'll have a registration table Friday at the host hotel about 2pm for folks to register. It'll be outside under a big red tent if the weather is nice and warm or inside in the host hotel lobby (Holiday Inn and Convention Center Wilkinson Trace). You might give them a call and ask for Ryan to see if there might be rooms left.

If you sign up as a driver that covers you for all the TNT you want to do at the track AND free entry in to the car show. The racing is just for fun and while a lot of folks do race, a lot just to TNT as well. Based on past events I've seen folks make 30 plus passes for TNT which is A LOT. Typically we have time left over at the end of the day and the track announcer is calling for anyone who wants to go down the track but most folks are pooped haha and pack it up.

Yes sir! We are heading out Thursday. We will be towing the cat in case of driveshaft and or half shaft failures, ! Looking forward to meeting everyone for sure! I wish i had some skinny fronts that would fit our cars big brakes. We are going to try the 109 unleaded race gas to see if it makes any difference.. My wife will be doing the driving duties..It is her hot rod, i just make the calls on mods and stuff.
