Thought it might be fun to have a thread for people to update with random shit. Where you traveling, what you are doing right now. I am still at home but my shit is almost packed, have to find room for my stinking jack, the passenger front seat is even out lol

Alan we will have a jack if you need it. If you do not have room just borrow ours.

We are not packed. Do not even have the car at this point. It is at the detailer's being made pretty :). Plan on leaving late this pm at some point.

At work... Kind of boring that I live 2.5 hours away from the track. Going to try and strategically place some 2x10 boards on the trailer to keep the car from bottoming out on the dovetail when the front wheels pass over it later tonight if the rain holds off.

Be very careful I had a board pop up on me and tear my fascia pulled on the fender a bit too as I was backing off my trailer. Cost me $2k all said and done with parts and paint. I now have 7'-4" ramps and I clear perfectly but after the mishap and before I got the ramps I secured 2x10's with straps so they couldn't move. I wouldn't use short pieces that's what did me in.

Good advice. I'm planning on bolting them down with carriage bolts.

If you place a 3-footer under the doors (where car is parked on trailer) that should do it. I had to do that on my last trailer. And yes... mine were bolted down. :)

Thanks. That'll be the first thing I try then. Being lowered is a PITA, but the looks make it all worth it.
