My Shit Aint Broke.

just got back to reality and wanted to thank everyone for putting on a WICKED vent and an amazing day(s) of racing.

to all the MSHS guys and the CF organizers, the weekend couldnt have gone much better.... Other than the hail, which was weird, as i thought i was back in canada.

I brought my Wife along and she was knocked out of the park by how nice everyone was and how everyone treated one another... Shell definately be back for more.... with her own car :)

on to the fun stuff....

ofloaded the car on friday and didnt even check the tire pressure or anything.

first pass was a 12.03 @135mph. Typical 6 speed i thought so i wasnt dissapointed.

next pass i left the line a little harder and went 11.49@137mph. at this point i looked at my boost gauge and saw only 7-8 psi so i tried to turn up the boost controller.

tried to fiddle with the boost controller, but something was up with it and ran out of time before the rain/hail came.

Day 2 was different..... i went to the parts store..... grabed a few random screws. and plugged my wastegate lines..... Ouala,,, instant 20 psi.

first pass went 10.754@141mph. at this point i knew i was on the right track.

launched a little harder next round and went 10.47@144

next round i left at 5900 rpm and went 10.429@142

after that i ran 2 more 10.4 passes and a 10.5 pass.

after running all day, john needed my tires, and we came to the conclusion that im a dumbass..... first of all... left tire was at 20psi and right was at 12.

add to the fact that they were 6 years old didnt help.

i seriously believe we will hit 9's this year. my 60' was a 1.78 all day. so if i can get that down and actually flat foot shift it, i dont think itll be a problem.

my pit crew and yes..... my car didnt break.

i had a few guys ask about clutch and trans info... i will give you more information once i getthe trans out and VERIFY nothing is actually broken.

It still shifts mint and drives mint, so i think this new combo is a winning team.

Mani, so glad you set the 6 speed record on fire bud. I see 9s in your future for sure. I'll never catch you now lol

Inder is awesome. I never saw her without a smile on her face. She just blended right in like she'd been coming to CF for years. I have a few pics I'll email to ya when I get caught up I think you guys will enjoy.

That car is wicked dude, and built by YOU. That's saying something. Builder of the year for sure and a well earned award.

Congrats Mani, so happy for you! The top spot is well earned and deserved.

Even better to back it up multiple times on the same day where we could cheer you on!

Like everyone else says, your wife is awesome, and I'm glad she seemed to have a good time. It was a pleasure meeting her.

Looking forward to what you can tell us about the transmission!
