Cf5 Racing4vets Charity Auction

We raised $8150.00 for Racing4Vets at ChallengerFest5 this year! Thanks to everyone who contributed!

Racing4Vets is our official event charity again this year. They are sending down some folks to hang out with us and bringing a couple of their racing carts for us to check out as well. Several of the vendors and some good hearted individuals have donated items to be auctioned at the event with 100% of the proceeds going toward this charity.

Drive Shaft Shop Carbon Fiber Drive Shaft donated by The Drive Shaft Shop! Thanks Frank!

Hop Not has donated the following items for the R4V Charity

One Engine Torque Strut Kit

THREE (3) Stage 1 Kits

Mike Haislet (Notsure) via K1 Racing donated a 300 watt Cruzin' Cooler lol I'm bidding on this one! Color is black and it may or may not have some special decals, gotta look in to that ;)

FlyByU with the MSHS Event Series is donating Two (2) entry fees in to the four remaining 2014 Events

(up to a $500 value if participant paid at the gate for all events)

Good for a racers entry into the remaining 4 events this year. Non transferable once used for a race. Can be sold to someone else but can't be transferred around once it has been used for a race. Then its tied to that racer.

Valid for :

VMP in May

LXB in July

VMP in Sep

ATCO in Nov

There will be a 50/50 drawing with all proceeds going to Racing4Vets - $1 per ticket. I'm trying to talk Malena in to selling them in a bikini but it may be too cold lol

If you want to bid remotely, I'll give you my number and you can text me. Maybe one of our uberGeeks can set up a live feed. Denis???

We never know what will be in the auction as so many of the winners are good enough to donate their prizes to the auction and some vendors have been known to spice the pot a bit on them! The Auction has really moved from almost an afterthought, to an important part of the event. Curious to see how it goes for the cooler as I know that both Speedy and Lisa who will be running the auction will be bidding!

I guess I may have to handle that one!

I'm not shipping and receiving lol If you bid remotely be prepared to get your junk brought back to you by someone at the event.

Well Hemi57 is kind enough to pickup something for me already. guess I need to check with him before I bid on anything!!!

HA! I unpacked it last night to do the assembly and some dressing up CF5 style. Pretty bad ass little cooler!
