Bfny For The Win

I wanted to come on over here and thank Erik, Ben and Paul for taking good care of my Magnum over the winter.

She came home better and stronger than ever and Nick road it hard to personal bests at Spring VMP. Not only was the Magnum beat on at the track for two days it made the ride down from Cleveland and then the drive home with no issues what so ever. We did the same thing with it last year beating hard on it and driviing it over 20K miles after it spent the summer at BFNY getting work done.

Erik, is the only person I would trust to leave my debit card with. You can't put a price on the value of that right there trust. I tell him what we would like to see goal wise and he makes it happen without upselling me crap I don't need.

Several times a week as the wagon was wintering in Cleveland Erik called me to update me on things and or parts ordered and any changes he felt we should make. The communciation was flawless. He understood too I wanted that ride to come back and be a car I could still load the dogs up in and take them to the dog beach or go get the groceries in. After purchasing an SL550 in March and sending the SLK West for a summer car neither of those rides are practicle as a daily driver and I'm not ready to turn the wagon into a trailer queen just yet maybe next year ;). So again than you Erik for sending me back a very nice streetable car and fun race car.

Big thanks to AJ also for dialing the car into the 11.5 number for us where we wanted to be this year.

The biggest grins for me was letting Ken drive the car last week and he called wondering what was "wrong" with the car. Erik installed a brand new trans into the wagon so Ken just got an introduction to drag racing is all lol . Those that know understand haha.

Simply put this is the second time in less than a year my car has spent months at a time up at BFNY and exceeded all of my expectations. Point is BFNY does what they say they will do Erik does what he says he will do and the shit doesn't break.

Thank you Erik . Can't wait to see what to leave next with you in July the Magnum or something else entirely to shoot for Atco with :P

TRUST is a very important KEY to our Builds.

I have always seen Erik at the track with lots of help given to anyone that needed some.

I have not seen a complaint from anyone having anything installed at his shop BFNY or prior!

Many have been thankful he has been at the track!

Heidi I always enjoy yours and Nicks enthusiasm at the track.

Best to you, Nick and Erik to keep it fun!

Linda

Thank you Linda I am looking forward to Ohio in July and appreciate you and John so much for being so gracious to my father and Nick at Bradenton and you are most correct trust is a delicate thing.

I have no and I mean NO issues leaving my payment info on file with Erik, Ben or Paul. Its good to have honest people in this business and we are lucky to have people like Erik in the community there is absolutely no doubt.

What started out for me anyway last year as a journey with my "son" Nick to Ohio for some fun and to get away from a lot of heart ache turned into something far more magical than I could have imagined. Many would have taken advantage of our discovery of drag racing last year (why did I wait so long lol), but no Erik and its why I took my ride over a thousand miles away and left it with him and why I will be doing that again in July.

I look forward to seeing you guys next month and again thank you.

Heidi you have helped make a lot of things possible for me over the years. Helping you go fast is the least I can do. Thanks for the Kudos but it's you who deserve the thanks. We'll see you at LX&B and will continue helping you push that Magnum to your next goal. :)

Erik,

Don't sell yourself short.

This kudos is well deserved and you know it.

Now everyone else should have the chance to hear about the trust that Heidi and now I have for you.

Keep doing the good things you do!

Blah blah blah :)

Erik is the man we all know that and his moving to Ohio and joining up with Ben and team has been such a win for all involved. Seems like yesterday Erik put the cam and heads on my car, only been 8 years ago or so, lol.

See you all in Ohio and LX & Beyond.

I usually don't post much, but I can't say enough about Erik and his willingness to help. I have only bought a few things from him, but as I become more knowledgeable on the modern stuff, he has never turned me away when I called to ask a question since I try to do all my own wrench turning. He is definitely a true asset to this community/hobby.
