CHALLENGERFEST 3 or CHALLENGERPALOOZA lol

Yep fuck it, Speedy sucked me back in to help with the next one. Speedy did a fantastic job on the second one. Figured with the two of use together along with Alan and maybe a couple others helping should make for a great time.

Details coming soon. Group of us misfits are working to make this one even better than the first two! If you have any ideas for this years coming event please feel free to share.

I will try and spread the word up here and try and get more Canucks to come. I will be at Moparfest this weekend (1600 cars this year expected). A great opportunity to promote the event although we are early stages (no date, hotel, etc).

We should put a few of our cars up against Super(Banner)Moderator, HuggyDick, ToxicFag etc.. (Forum Wars).

How about free beers and strippers? (Just thinking outside the box).

How about tailgate party (cookin ribs and chicken in the parking lot)? I will help cook and bring some meat (not all) we just need someone to find a large grill.

How about ModernMoparForums decal/banner for the windshield?

More sponsors would be nice... Speedlogix, MagnaCharger etc...

Stevo

BTW... for us Canucks.... What is MIR and VMP????????

Maryland International Raceway and Virginia Motorsports Park

If it's at Beech Bend again, I'll most likely go if they do better track prep :/

Don't hold your breath.

I wonder if we could just buy traction compound and prep it ourselves?

sigh ;)

Well, fly in to BG and hang out. I'd let you take my gal for a trip or two down the track - I'll bet some others would do likewise. Me R/T es su R/T

This year I'd like to take a couple extra days and see the sights - check out enemy territory at the Corvette Museum, that sort of thing. ;)

Shark, I made the 1000 mile trip (one way) hauling my car and my two young kids -- 1 & 5 years old. The road trip was half the fun. I did it in two legs, you'd likely have to do it in three. Gather up some Challenger friends along the way and make it happen!

Correction ^^ 1000 miles, not 1600. Damn, you are far!

I'd probably get the prize for longest drive to the event.

I'll meet you in Oklahoma City.

We could probably get a whole west-to-east caravan going.

sigh :)

Mentioning Fremont sure brings back memories. I took my first run down the 1/4 mile at Fremont Dragway in 1980, ran a 14.2 in my 69' Firebird. The best part was just cruising up and down Durham Rd checking out the women in other rides.
