Folks;

Greg has asked me to help with the BBQ this year, so I will be handling the arrangements. We're going to stick with the same caterer as last year, and I'm keeping the menu the same.

Below are the details - it's much the same as last year. Only difference - price has gone up to $16 from $15 last year. Richard, the chef, does a great job, and I think it's worth every penny. I've spoken to Richard today, and got him locked in for Friday the 5th - Greg had already spoken to him and gave him advance notice of the dates - thanks Greg!

As with last year, you pick two out of three from the menu at the tent. I do NOT need you to pick menu choices - all I need is the number of plates.


You need to sign up, if you don't there may not be enough food for you.

Cost $16.00 per plate, money to be collected at the event. BBQ to be served 6pm-8pm.

I need to get a firm number of plates for the caterer, so I ask you to confirm number of plates by PM to me.
You can even post here that you're coming. I'll keep a running updated "plate count" at the top of the topic as Greg did last year.

I'm keeping a spreadsheet, via PM and posts here.
